Real Estates and Finance

1. Selva Pankaj qualified as a Chartered Accountant and completed his MBA at University of SDA Bocconi.

1. He started his career at Prudential Real Estate Investors in 1994 as finance professional and spent over 10 years.

1. After leaving Prudential Selva Pankaj spent time at Schroders Property Investment Management, Rockspring Property Investment Management and Grosvenor Property Fund Management in various senior roles.

1. In 2006, Selva was appointed as Vice President of Fortress Investments managing the financial affairs of Eurocastle, a Guernsey based Investment Company.

Education &Investments

1. Selva Pankaj was also involved in his family business which operated Independent Schools, training centres, After School Centres, Educational Consultancy and Nurseries.

1. Selva Pankaj was appointed as a Director and a Board Member in 2000 to oversee the family’s interest.

In 2008 Selva Pankaj, foundered Chesterfield Partners to combine the financial experience gained over the last 15 years in the Blue Chip financial environment and the educational experience and success the family business has gained over the last three decades.
